Shipping & Returns
Products
Our products are from reputable suppliers whom we have a long standing relationship with. We will only bring in good quality products after conducting detailed inspection.
Delivery
Currently, we only deliver locally (Singapore), will be expanding to different parts of the world in time to come. We do our utmost to get our products to our customers as quickly as possible. Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 working days. For preorder items, please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery. Only contact us if your item does not reach you within the stipulated duration, we will rectify such rare issues. Lastly, contact us with any special requests at [email protected].
Pick Up
Pick up can be arranged at our convenience. Please contact us if you have any such requests.
Returns
In any case if an item is deemed unfit for purpose, not as described or poor quality then you can return this to us within a period of 14 working days from the day after receiving the goods
If you wish to return Product(s) to us we will: Offer to send a replacement to you free of charge: Offer a credit to obtain a different item or refund you the full transaction amount (excluding delivery cost).
We ask goods to be returned to us in the original packaging or similar. You do have a statutory duty throughout the cancellation period to take reasonable care of the items. Failure to do so can lead to action being taken to recover funds against consumers who have breached their statutory duty.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, Items should be returned in a re-sellable condition i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed without perfume scent or deodorant marks and complete with their original labels. Failure to do this may result in the refund not being issued and the item being returned to yourself.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to return the item(s) in the usual way, we advise you do so via Registered Mail. This will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund/exchange.
However if you do choose to use Normal Mail, it may mean your order cannot be tracked and we cannot be held responsible for your lost order.
